Dr. Halit Fatih Aydın is a strategic leadership-oriented businessperson with deep experience in multi-sector organizations operating across a wide spectrum, including education, publishing, printing, and information technologies. Throughout his career, he has developed sustainable growth models by spearheading holding-level decision-making, corporate governance, and organizational transformation processes.
Building his academic foundation on the engineering discipline, Dr. Halit Fatih Aydın graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Atatürk University following his education at Erzurum Science High School. He completed his master’s degree in “Project and Management Organization” at Yeditepe University, and subsequently earned his doctorate in Civil Engineering at İstanbul Kültür University.
Currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bil Holding, Dr. Aydın leads the processes of determining the strategic direction, managing investment decisions, and increasing operational efficiency within the group’s multi-sector structure. He implements visionary projects aimed at increasing market share and competitiveness by strengthening the synergy among group companies.
Bringing his strategic expertise in the education sector to the academic field, Dr. Aydın serves as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees at Istanbul Aydın University and Cyprus Aydın University. In this context, he plays an active role in critical processes that strengthen the institution’s international vision, such as international student recruitment, global academic collaborations, and the management of educational investments.
Combining his analytical perspective with his management skills, Prof. Dr. Aydın possesses high-level expertise in strategic management, business development, operational transformation, and investment planning.
Attaching great importance to social benefit-oriented efforts, Dr. Aydın contributes to the dissemination of educational and environmental awareness through his memberships and work in non-governmental organizations such as the Anatolia Education and Culture Foundation (AKEV), the Mustafa Aydın Foundation (MAV), and the Green Homeland Platform.
